3. General Information on Data Processing
We generally process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of our users’ personal data regularly takes place only after the user’s consent. 5. Provision of the Website – Server Log Files
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing computer. The following data is collected:

6. Contact Form and Email Contact
If you send us inquiries via the contact form or email, your details from the inquiry form or your email, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
The legal basis for data processing, if the user has given consent, is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The legal basis for processing data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of its collection, at the latest after the expiry of statutory retention periods.
7. Appointment Booking via Doctolib
For online appointment booking, we use the Doctolib service provided by Doctolib GmbH, Unter den Linden 21, 10117 Berlin. If you access the Doctolib platform via the “Book an appointment now” button on our website, you leave our website and enter a third-party platform. 10. Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google Ads, an online advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. As part of Google Ads, we use so-called conversion tracking. If you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is set. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.

11. Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
This website uses the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. The Meta Pixel is a JavaScript code snippet that allows us to track the actions of visitors on our website after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Meta advertisement (Facebook/Instagram).
With the Meta Pixel, we can track the effectiveness of advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and optimize future advertising measures. The collected data is anonymous to us; we cannot draw conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Meta, so a connection to the respective user profile is possible, and Meta can use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Meta’s Data Policy.
